Shipping Policy
Everything we make is handmade by our artisans in India, and delivers within 2 weeks once processed. You will receive a notification when your order is on it's way!
Return & Exchange Policy
Your order is made just for you. If it doesn't fit you, we're happy to change it for a different size. As each style is made to order, we do not offer returns.
How to Return?
In order for your return to be processed, the item must be in their original condition, with tags attached. Return Shipping Costs are to be born by the customer.

Exchanges and Alterations:
If it doesn't fit you like a glove, our team is happy to work with you to exchange your piece for a different size, or in some cases, we may offer to alter the piece for you. Contact us at goablues.in@gmail.com to begin an Exchange or Alteration. All exchange requests have to be placed within 48 hours from the time of delivery.

Cancellations
In the event that your order is canceled by Goa Blues or your items are sold out since your order was processed, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment or as a store credit, whichever you prefer.
